 We treat every customer in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.  We always take the time to understand the core travel values of the customer in order to provide an appropriate and complete travel experience.  We are detail-oriented, exceptional listeners, and aware of the time-sensitive nature of arranging superior travel experiences.

 As an agency, we achieve and maintain state-of-the-art travel and business technology.  We assure the best buying power by maintaining strategic industry alliances and exceptional business vendor relationships.  Our staff of professionals are supported in obtaining and maintaining the certified travel consultant or destination specialist certifications, and consistently encouraged to improve their industry knowledge by providing opportunities for travel workshops, on-site visits and continuing seminars.

History of Village Travel Service

 Deborah Dillon, owner of VTS, after having been in the travel industry 15 years, purchased the existing agency she had managed for the previous seven years. Through continuous attention to details and adaptation of the ever changing travel industry, Village Travel Service has grown to 3 offices, with an outstanding and experienced staff of 15 inside agents and 8 outside agents. VTS utilizes up to date technology to service the traveling public and continues to enhance their technology as changes in the industry occur.     

VTS specializes in leisure travel – fitting the perfect vacation to the client’s needs, desires and budget.VTS’s clients range from the individual to travel groups of 10 to 150. Working with social groups, high school trips, high school reunions, family reunions, weddings and honeymoons, corporate incentive trips and corporate meeting planning, clubs, gymnastic groups or just a group of friends wanting to get away from in all.      

VTS’s staff includes CTC’s – Certified Travel Consultants, the equivalent to a Masters Degree within the travel industry. Master Cruise Counselors, Auzzie and Kiwi Specialists, Hawaii Certified Specialists and Authorized Disney Travel Planners. Destination specialists for Europe, Mexico, Asia, Costa Rica, and the South Pacific.
